What telehandler inspection covers
We examine the telescopic boom and its extension mechanism for wear, cracking and correct operation, assess the attachment coupling and any attachments in use, and verify that the load-management and stability systems function and that the correct load chart is available and applied. Where a work platform attachment is fitted, the additional access requirements are considered.
Because telehandlers operate on rough ground with variable loads, we pay attention to the stability systems and to wear in the boom and coupling that develops under this demanding duty.
